Many thanks for you help yesterday and for your kind and thoughtful ceremony. It was a lovely day for the family to come together and to remember.
We would like to thank you for the fabulous service you did for our Mum. It was beautiful and our Mum to a T!
We would like to pass on to you our massive gratitude for the most beautiful service, for the seamless way everything flowed, for being so lovely and making everyone feel at ease!
Everyone there was very impressed with the service and we had many compliments. I thought you handled it very sensitively.
I was very pleased that you gave me a transcription of the service and I considered that to be a thoughtful action from you and a real bonus.
Just wanted to thank you once more for a lovely ceremony, everyone who attended seemed to feel the same way. I know you have kindly been saying that I made it easier for you, but a strange thing popped into my mind, we supplied the bricks, but you cemented everything together perfectly and one is no use without the other!
It was a great pleasure to meet you, we could see how much you care and feel for people, you are a very special lady.

It was a lovely ceremony and fitted P__ to a “T”. The fact that you so carefully worded and presented it in such a way was special. I have never been to a funeral before where this has been done. You went the extra mile!
