It…absolutely hit the spot in terms of what we hoped for.
In our earlier meeting you handled J and I wonderfully, with patience, empathy and, importantly for us, with humour. We both appreciated that hugely. You also heard what we’d said about Mum and accurately portrayed her.

Funerals
I would like to thank you on behalf of all of the family for all of your input into the service and for making it so special.
The biggest compliment I can give you is the following which was said by several and endorsed by all, “It was though Lesley had known B personally”.
Thank you so much for your help and support at D’s funeral. You made what was a difficult day for all of us go so smoothly.
I would like to thank you so much for the way you conducted the service, whilst reading the eulogy I realised that you have excellent listening skills…
…you made the service personal to Mum…I loved that people could laugh knowing that the things that were being said were her to a T.
I feel we did her proud and you played a large part in that.
The mourners compliments and praise of you and your service continued all afternoon, and it was fabulous, thank you…J and I really couldn’t have wished for more. And neither could our Mum.
Thank you for the lovely service you gave for Dad’s funeral. We had so many comments on how well the service went and how sympathetically you conducted it. “Unobtrusive” was one of the comments, which I hope you take as the compliment it is.

It was clear that you had done a lot of research and that you had spent quality time developing your thoughtful comments and tributes. We’re so grateful to you. It was a difficult day for us, made easier by your sensitivity and grace.
Your professional, easy manner made a difficult time much more bearable with just the right level of sensitivity and humour.
You did a wonderful and most dignified job.
We had so many comments regarding your service. Everyone spoke highly of you and how well you conducted a warm and emotional service. A perfect farewell.
